Annual Banquet 2009

The 2009 Annual Awards Banquet will be held on Thursday, October 1st, at Via Toscana restaurant in Louisville. Appetizers and cocktails (cash bar) will start at 6:00 PM. Dinner will be served at 7:00 PM. Menu selections will be ordered at the restaurant the night of the banquet. To register, send a check (payable to CCWGA) to
